Armenian Church of the UK & Ireland — Website Redesign

We were proud to partner with the Diocese of the Armenian Church of the United Kingdom & Ireland on a complete redesign of their digital home. Funded by the Saint Sarkis Charity Trust, the project replaced a platform that had remained largely unchanged for over a decade.

Working closely with the Diocese, we delivered a modern, accessible website that brings the full breadth of its community life into view — from a centralised events calendar and parish directory to integrated donation tools and newsletter features. The design balances the rich artistic heritage of the Armenian Church with a clean, contemporary experience built to serve parishioners, diaspora families, and a new generation of digital-first visitors.

His Grace Bishop Hovakim Manukyan, Primate of the Diocese, said: "This new website is not simply a technological update. It is a renewed commitment to our community, to those encountering the Church for the first time, and to the generations who will carry our faith forward."

Marianna Vardanyan, content and strategy lead on the project, said: "The Diocese is far more than a place of Sunday worship. It shapes people's lives across the country, week in and week out. Much of that activity was simply invisible online. Our goal was to change that and create a platform that reflects the full life of the Diocese while speaking to a community that is vibrant, diverse, and increasingly digital-first."

Peno Mishoyan, Creative Director on the project, added: "The Armenian Church carries one of the world's most distinctive artistic traditions. Our challenge was to translate that heritage into a digital space that feels both respectful and modern: something that resonates equally with younger audiences and long-standing members of the community."

Trustee Martin Essayan of the Saint Sarkis Charity Trust said: "The Diocese wasn't asking for a quick fix. They were asking to build something that would serve our people for years to come. We are honoured to have played a part in that and look forward to seeing the impact."

The site is live at armenianchurch.org.uk. The full Press Release is available here.
