Council of Europe – European Social Charter Animation Series

Kaizen Dale – Delivered within the Council of Europe Framework Agreement
June-July 2026

Kaizen Dale produced a multilingual animated explainer series for the Council of Europe to communicate how the European Social Charter protects citizens throughout different stages of life. The project transformed complex social rights into engaging, accessible visual stories covering employment rights, healthcare, education, housing, children's rights, and support for older people.

Our agency delivered the complete production process, including creative concept development, script adaptation, storyboarding, illustration, motion design, animation, video editing, post-production, professional English and French voice-over recording, subtitle synchronization, licensed music, and delivery in both MP4 and editable formats.

Designed to make policy accessible to a broad public audience, the animation series combines clear storytelling with a modern, human-centred visual language that reflects the Council of Europe's institutional identity. The final videos serve as engaging educational tools that help raise awareness of the European Social Charter and demonstrate how its protections translate into meaningful everyday benefits for people across Europe.
